School Improvement
The school improvement plan assesses the school's strengths and weaknesses,implements strategies and activities to address the school's needs, and continually evaluates the school's progress toward achieving its objectives and meeting its goals. The Lanier School Improvement Plan focuses on improving student achievement at the school by addressing state goals and performance standards.

Box Tops 4 Education
Lanier Elementary will be participating in the General Mills Box Tops 4 Education program this year. See our Library and Parent Center pages for more information about this worthwhile program for our school.

Student Honored
5th grade student, Kendell Hebert, has been invited to travel and study in Anchorage, Alaska, during the summer of 2008 by People to People, an educational exploration program founded by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Read more about this wonderful opportunity on the 5th Grade News page.
